Flocci Notes for To-Do Lists & Checklists

freechecklist app with AIAI Composerealtime sync

A to-do list should cost nothing to start and feel satisfying to finish. Flocci Notes checklists are one keystroke from a plain note, every item is a real checkbox, and completed items strike through with a running done-count. When you cannot be bothered to type the list at all, describe it in one line and AI Compose writes it for you.

How it works

Start a card, switch to checklist mode, and brain-dump items
Or type a prompt into AI Compose — 'everything to prepare before the v2 launch' — and get the checklist drafted
Color by urgency: coral for today, amber for this week, sage for done-lists you keep for reference
Pin the active list; archive finished ones — search finds them forever
Recurring lists (weekly groceries, release steps) stay archived as templates you re-copy

Let AI draft it

Type this into AI Compose:

“Checklist to prepare our stall at the Ranchi startup expo”

…and a card like this appears, ready to tick:

To-Do Lists & Checklists

Print 200 brochures
Book stall backdrop banner
Charge demo tablets
Pack standee + extension cords
Brief the two volunteers

Frequently asked questions

Can AI generate a checklist for me?

Yes — that is AI Compose's favorite trick. Describe the job ('packing checklist for a weekend beach trip') and it drafts the title and a complete tickable checklist in one step, spending a few of your free monthly Flocci credits.

Is there a limit on checklists in the free plan?

No — checklists, colors, labels, pins and sync are all part of the free personal board. Only AI Compose consumes credits, and every account receives a free monthly allowance.

Checklist app ya todo app — kya difference hai?

Flocci Notes me dono ek hi cheez hai: koi bhi note ek checklist ban sakta hai. Items tick karo, done-count dikhta hai, aur AI Compose se poori list Hindi ya English prompt se ban jaati hai — bilkul free monthly credits par.
